God’s love never
fails. The definition for the word, “fail” includes, to become weaker
and to cease functioning. The love of our God is strong. It is
always alive and working. Here are a few verses for your hearts today.
In Your
unfailing love You will lead the people You have redeemed; in Your strength You
will guide them to Your holy dwelling.
Exodus 15:13
But I
trust in Your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in Your salvation. Psalm 13:5
For I
have always been mindful of Your unfailing love and have lived in reliance on
Your faithfulness. Psalm 26:3
How
priceless is Your unfailing love, O God! People take refuge in the shadow of
Your wings. Psalm 36:7
Satisfy
us in the morning with Your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be
glad all our days. Psalm 90:14
Oh, how I want to
keep typing. Each one of these verses is rich with meaning for us. This
unfailing love is worth meditating on and remembering all the days of our
lives. It satisfies us in the morning and causes us to rejoice all of our days. This love will lead us into the holy land of our God. This is the unfailing
love that brought Jesus to die for us and conquer death.
We can rejoice in
it. We can trust it. It is priceless and satisfying. Let this love shine on you today. Take it
with you wherever you go. God’s unfailing love can be trusted above all others.
Just one more.
“Though
the mountains be shaken and the hills be removed, yet My unfailing love for You
will not be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord who has
compassion on you.
Dear Jesus,
Thank you for Your unfailing love. Remind us to begin each day
basking in this love as it shines on us. Allow this love to give us strength
and hope for each day of our lives. Show us how to share this love.
Amen
