Signs of the Times

     Please do not fear the end of the age. Jesus is with us from the time we are conceived until our dying day and He knows the number of our days. Be at peace as you see all of these things begin to take place. He wants us to be aware of the season in which we live, but no one knows the day or the hour.

He replied, “You know the saying, ‘Red sky at night means fair weather tomorrow, red sky in the morning means foul weather all day.’ You know how to interpret the weather signs in the sky, but you don’t know how to interpret the signs of the times.” Matthew 16:2-3

     Jesus could snatch us out of here at any moment. It is time to awake!

Besides this, you know the time, the hour has come for you to wake from sleep, for salvation is nearer to us now than when we first believed. Romans 13:11

For the Lord Himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive will be caught up together with Him in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air and so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore, encourage one another with these words. 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18

     One day soon, the trumpet will sound and we will meet the Lord in the air, reunited with loved ones to live with Him forever. I encourage you with these words, dear friends.

We long for the day we can be with You. In the meantime, we find joy in the world around us and strength in Your presence each day. Show us how to live.
