Here are two of my favorite sections of Scripture.
It’s all about love this week. These are worth memorizing and pulling out as a
reminder that:
1. God will never leave us, not ever!
2. Nothing can separate us from Him, not ever!
The
Lord Himself goes before you and will be with you; He will never leave you nor
forsake you. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Deuteronomy 31:8
For
I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither
the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor
anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God
that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans
8:38-39
This
love from God is higher and deeper than any earthly love. It has conquered
death and the schemes of Satan. It is the type of love that brings our heavenly
God to lay down His life for us. It surpasses knowledge. It conquers fear. It
is the kind of love that fills in the gaps of our souls. Don’t forget, not ever!
Dear Father,
Thank you for reminding us of the love above all
other. You first loved us so that we may love others. We praise You today for
Your love.
The love of a Father willing to give up His Son on a
cross to save us.
