A Word for the Weekend

     Please join me Monday through Friday as I write a morning devotion on Jesus Changes Everything.

     This morning I leave you with Scripture to read over the next two days. Your time alone with Jesus and His Word is a profound time. Watch how He changes everything within and without over time. The following Words were written hundreds of years before Christ came to earth and they resound in our hearts today.

      Do you not know? Have you not heard? The Lord is the everlasting God; the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary and His understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary and young men stumble and fall. But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40: 28-31

Dear Lord,

Thank you for Your Word. May it comfort those in need today; the weary, the weak, and the faint. Your strength is enough for today.
