We are the church
of Christ wherever we are. Does your life look as if Jesus has changed it? Are
you growing in the fruit of the Holy Spirit? The fruit includes, love, joy,
peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.
Whew! Wouldn’t it be wonderful to live each day blossoming with the fruit of
the Spirit?
The fruit grows in
us as we remain rooted in Jesus Christ. Here are His words for us today:
“I am the
vine, you are the branches. If you remain in Me and I in you, you will bear
much fruit. Apart from Me you can do nothing. John 15:5
Apart from Him,
nothing we do or say or act upon has any merit. The eternal glory of heaven
rests in Jesus Christ and we are His ambassadors in the world around us.
Lord,
Keep us rooted deep in You as you grow the good fruit of the
Spirit until it blooms all around us and affects our families, our friends and
others in the world around us.
