God continually fills us with His love, with His Spirit, with His grace. I long to be filled to the brim this year. The book of John is a great book to read when we need to fill our souls. Listen to these beautiful verses.
The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son, sent from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
Our of His fullness, we have received grace upon grace. John 1:16
Jesus is full of grace and truth. And from His fullness we find grace and more grace. God’s grace gives us what we do not deserve. His unmerited favor and His forgiveness go beyond our worldly definition. He died for us and took the sins of the world upon His perfect shoulders.
He will never, ever give up on you or on me. His forgiveness, His mercies are waiting for us time and again. They are new every morning. Great is His faithfulness. (Lamentations 3)
Father,
Thank You for your unending favor and grace. We don’t deserve it, but You love us that much.
