Our daughter is back to teaching this week and we are back
to caring for our 7-mnth-old precious bundle of grandson joy! We pray the
transition will be a smooth one for all of us. It is tough going back to work
after being a full-time mommy all summer. She knows that this child has our
hearts and we will watch over him, nourish him, protect him, snuggle him,
delight in him and love him the best that we can.
As much as we love
our children and our grandchildren, our Father in heaven loves them even more. He
watches over us, nourishes our souls, protects us and delights over us. God
loves us so much He sent His only Son to die for us, to give us hope and
freedom. He gave us a way back to Him and we can enjoy a full relationship with
a loving Father.
The Lord
your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight
in you. In His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you
with singing. Zephaniah 3:17
God will be with
our daughter, with us and with our precious grandson. He delights over us and
rejoices over us with singing. Can you imagine? Rest in that promise today.
Lord,
We praise You for Your great love for us. There is no greater
love than Yours. Give our daughter great peace in knowing that her son is in
good hands, as we all delight in him.
