One of the many benefits of fellowship comes in singing
praises to God in worship. God loves to hear our assembly praising Him as one.
Listen to some worship music as you rest. Sing in church worship. He will put a
new song in your heart.
Sing the
praises of the Lord, you His faithful people, praise His holy name. Psalm 30:4
He put a
new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see and fear the
Lord and put their trust in Him. Psalm 40:3
Did you know that
God Himself sings songs over us? Isn’t that a beautiful thought? He takes great
delight in you!
The Lord
your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight
in you’ in His love He will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you
with singing. Zephaniah 3:17
As you sing praises
to our God, He is taking great delight in you and rejoicing over you with
singing!
Father,
We don’t deserve the great blessings You give us each day.
Watch over us. Delight in us as we sing Your praises each day.
