The enemy of our souls looks for ways to disrupt our lives. He
wants to discontinue our work for Christ. His aim is to bring us down with his
deceptive ways. He will fill our lives with temptation, with doubt, with fear,
with worry and much of his battlefield is within our own minds. Today see
yourself as a chosen child of God. Adopted into the family of the King! You are
justified through faith. You have the righteousness of Christ. You are seated
in heaven. Your name is written in the book of life eternal.
You are filled with
the power of the resurrected Christ through his very own Holy Spirit. That Holy
Spirit within is stronger than the one of this world. You can persevere, child
of God!
You are
of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you in
greater than he who is in the world. 1 John 4:4
Satan is coming
close to the end of his leash. The power of evil will run its course, and
Christ has overcome the world. Remain strong in the one who is within you.
Lord,
Keep us focused on Your strength and power. You can work
through the times of great weakness and darkness. Teach us your ways above the
ways of the world.
