Jesus wants to be a part of your day. He is
waiting to hear your voice. He longs for an intimate relationship with you.
Begin by sayng, “Good morning” to Jesus and thank Him for the breath of life.
Ask Him for opportunities to speak of Him. Ask Him for the right words to speak
in a difficult situation.
…do
not worry about what to say or how to say it. At that time you will be given
what to say for it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father
speaking through you. Matthew 10:19b-20
Put worry aside. The
Holy Spirit within you is God at work, giving you peace, joy, and the ability to
shine with Jesus. He is listening. He is available. He does not sleep. Read
through this beautiful Psalm and rest through your day.
I
lift up my eyes to the mountains-where does my help come from? My help comes
from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth. He will not let your foot slip-He
who watches over you will not slumber. Indeed, He who watches over Israel will
neither slumber nor sleep. The Lord watches over you-the Lord is your shade at
your right hand, the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The
Lord will keep you from all harm-He will watch over your life. The Lord will
watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. Psalm 121
Lord,
Watch over us. You promise to be with us wherever
we go. We rely on that. We thank You for Your continual presence. Thank You for
the breath of life today.
