The Words to Eternal Life

     What do we do with Jesus? Many did not know the answer to that question when He walked the earth. Many do not know the answer to that question today. He was and still is mocked. He was and still is tested. Many tried to deny the Words He spoke. Many still do. What do you do with Jesus?

     Many have chosen to turn away. Some disciples were leaving and turning away from Jesus and He asked:

“You do not want to leave too, do you?” Jesus asked the Twelve. Simon Peter answered Him, “Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life. We have come to believe and to know that You are the Holy One of God.” John 6:67-69

     Jesus reveals Himself to us. Here are His Words and His questions for us. Will you answer as Martha did?

Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die and whoever lives by believing in me will never die. Do you believe this?” “Yes, Lord,” she replied. “I believe that You are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.” John 11:25-27

     What will we do with Jesus?

Lord,

You have the Words to eternal life. You are the resurrection and the life and we will live forever. You are the Messiah, the One that was to come into the world.
