For
the Word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword; it
penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the
thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
If you
are looking for an answer look to the Word of God. The Word has the answers to
life. When we look into the Word it becomes a mirror to us and as we grow in
faith that image should become more and more Christ-like.
The Word
is a sword. It can penetrate deep in our hearts changing our attitudes and
thoughts. It cuts away old wounds and binds them back up with pure healing.
Allow God’s Word to work in you today. Let it heal your wounds. Let it change
your thoughts. Jesus is the word
The
Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has appointed me to
proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to
proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the
prisoners. Isaiah 61:1
Do
not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of
your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-His
good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans
12:2
Jesus,
You have the Words of eternal life. You renew our
minds and transform us through the Word. Let the sword of the Spirit protect us
and heal us today.
